RETURN POLICY FAQ
ALLOY KITCHEN’S RETURN POLICY?
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase during order received such as damage during shipment, wrong item, wrong size, wrong color you can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from date of upon receiving order.
- Need to send us an email or WhatsApp’s our customer service
(+6010-937 8842) to report on it and send back to us.
- Item bought during promotional events are not eligible for returns or exchange.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Kindly contact +6010-937 8842 with pictures of your product’s problems & condition of product and we will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 5 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Please allow a minimum of 7 working days from the date we receive your return package and reprocess on the exchange item.
REFUND POLICY FAQ
DO I GET BACK THE FULL REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS?
No, but you’re eligible to get the exchange item to a same item.
WHO WILL BEAR THE POSTAGE CHARGES?
We will fully cover the postage fee shipped back. Please allow 7 working days for this process to be completed.
Once order is placed cancellation are not allowed.
All our products from E-Store Alloy Kitchen all items are not covered on any installation.
For retail customer of Alloy Kitchen who required installation of accessories during the cabinet installation, need to pre-inform the person in charge of Alloy Kitchen and workmanship surcharge applied.
